About us

We are a volunteer group of New Richmond High School graduates. As an established 501c3 non-profit organization, we plan community events to maintain alumni connections and conduct fundraising to provide financial awards to graduating seniors.

Annual Events.

We meet once annually to share stories with fellow classmates. It began with just the graduates of the New Richmond Market Street High School. In 2016, the first class graduating from the "high school on the hill" to join us and we now celebrate the class reaching their the 50th Anniversary milestone.

Recent History

In 2017, we opened our membership to include ALL New Richmond High School graduates. Members have enjoyed reunion events each year since, except for 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. We will be meeting again in 2021, celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the graduating classes of 1970 and 1971.

Current Activities

  • We expanded our online presence to better serve our membership and maintain an ongoing relationship.

  • We use public records and websites to search for alumni contact information.

  • To maintain efficient operating costs, we provide correspondence electronically via email and social media, unless USPS is specifically requested by a member. We will continue to use USPS for annual event announcements for members without electronic access.

  • Each year, we welcome the NEW graduating class of the New Richmond High School to our membership, and coordinate current contact information with the high school and those NEW members.

  • We encourage active participation in the NRHS community.

Upcoming Approaches

  • In 2021, we will be implementing a cloud-based Customer ("Classmate") Relationship Management system (CRM) to better support our members. We look forward to sharing more about that with you in the near future.

  • We intend to provide better and more frequent communications with our membership via quarterly newsletters, Facebook groups and pages, USPS, emails and our website.

  • We are recruiting new members! We need active alumni participation to serve as an officer, a volunteer, a class representative. We also encourage you to join our Facebook group, email us your ideas, encourage other alumni to join, donate, and join our events.
